Housekeeping Manager

The "Housekeeping Manager" supervises the work of the Guest Room attendants , assigning tasks and duties, managing their shifts, showing the proper way of work and supporting in case of problems. She also checks the quality of linens assisting the staff and she ensures that everything is scrupulously cleaned by the staff.

The "Guest Room attendant" provides for the cleanliness, hygiene and orderliness of the guest rooms.

She is responsible for: cleaning the rooms with particular attention to the hygiene of the bathrooms, tidying up and putting in order the rooms respecting the spaces and the objects of the clients,especially during the departure/arrival days.



Maitre (Head Waiter

The “Maitre” ensures the perfect functioning of the Restaurant tables service and also the food “mise en place”. He manages all his staff he perfect functioning of the Restaurant tables service and also for  the  food "mise en place”  . He manages all his staff, assigning roles (chef sommelier, chef de rang, commis, etc.) and working shifts. Welcomes customers at the restaurant, escorting them to the table, taking orders to be passed to the kitchen. 


Chef de Rang

The "Chef de Rang"  prepares and sets the Restaurant tables, welcomes customers,  serves food and drinks.

He will guide the guests in their requests, supporting their choices. He takes care of  rearranging the tables and preparing them for the new service
